Telesales team is a highly engaged, vibrant, World Class Sales Channel with a focus on delivering meaningful customer conversation and unique experiences. The team spans 3 sites in Australia with 400 staff.

The position is responsible for conducting performance and coaching observations in the form of side by side coaching, attendance and feedback of 1:1s and other coaching interactions as well as remote call assessment. Identifying opportunities to capture best practice sales and customer experience methods, coaching evidence, customer feedback and other inputs to ensure we are celebrating success, coaching for continuous improvement and creating a high performance culture in Digital Sales. The Performance Lead role is sales, customer and performance focused using business insights and sales expertise to coach, motivate and build sales capability within Telesales Contact Centres at a Frontline Consultant level as well as support and development of the Team Leader group. The Performance Lead will have a strong influence on the overall success of the Telesales Contact Centre team as the channel is accountable for new Customer acquisition, cross selling to existing Customers and extending Customer tenure via targeted retention activity and by maximising the overall Customer experience to inspire loyalty to the company. Performance Lead will be responsible for managing and ongoing improvements to our world class coaching program LEAD.
