The Principal Project Manager will lead the management and delivery of construction projects for key government initiatives in relation to assets, capital developments and property arrangements with registered community housing agencies. The role involves maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, the provision of professional advice, management of project staff, external service providers and key stakeholders, the development of strategic frameworks, robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.

Are you:

  • A highly experienced Project Manager with significant experience in the full end-to-end management of project delivery, including procurement processes (with Asset Management), budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management?
  • Flexible and Accountable: adaptable; open to new ideas; show initiative; proactive and self-starting; seizes opportunities and acts upon them?
  • Experienced within the community housing sector with a proven track record of delivering projects?
  • A team leader who works well with others in pursuit of team goals, collaborates and shares information, excellent communication skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects?
  • A strong communicator with proven experience in working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to achieve objectives?
