A part of TikTok's Global Business Solutions team; the focus of this team is to connect TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. Our Growth Team is directly responsible for segmenting the market, identifying prospects, building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. This role is primarily responsible for building the Mid-Market team and ensuring the team successfully acquire new clients, and grow existing client base. We are looking for a motivating leader of the Growth team who will coach team members to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.Responsibilities

- Build Mid-Market Client Partner team which is designed to identify and acquire new clients, and retain/grow existing clients through strategic business discussions and opportunities

- Implement continuous improvements to operations through routine analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results

- Drive the overall hiring strategy and capacity planning for Mid-Market Client Partner team

- Set and refine KPIs and other operating metrics to assess team effectiveness

- Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales operations to align CRM to process

- Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to achieve team goals

- Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop, identify, and implement effective client advertising strategies

- Leverage data to identify consumer insights - spot wins and opportunities

- Become an expert in assigned segment – collect and analyse competitive intelligence and market factors to anticipate client opportunities

- Consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate a deep understanding of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs

- Coach Mid-Market Client Partners, setting long and short-term career goals, milestones and tracking performance towards revenue objectives

- Guide Mid-Market Client Partners on consultative, client-centric, strategic selling practices

- Act as player-coach and support team to develop client leads, onboard, and cultivate long-term brand client relationships



- 7-10 years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, sales, and/or ecommerce experience

- 5+ years direct people management experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study

- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, digital/e-commerce, and performance marketing

- Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying

- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders

- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills

- Passion for leading teams and career coaching

- Strong analytical and consultative selling skills to help identify and measure customer objectives

- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment
