We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Reporting to the General Manager AUS / NZ;
  • Overall sales responsibility for Australia and New Zealand
  • Leading customer management, trade marketing and consumer marketing
  • Drive growth across grocery, mass retail, speciality retail, pharmacy, impulse and e-commerce
  • Direct customer management
  • Set and execute the sales strategy which will ensure growth and market leadership
  • University Degree Educated
  • Sales Director level experience within a blue chip FMCG or Consumer Durables with proven results across grocery, mass retail, pharmacy, impulse and e-commerce
  • Strong / positive reputation with customers / buying / merchandising team
  • New Zealand market exposure
  • Specific E-Commerce platform success
  • Able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Capable of taking the next step career wise
