We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Effectively collaborate and engage relevant stakeholders to develop the key aspects of the joint business plan
• For new builds, work with the management team to ensure effective commissioning of the hospital meet timelines, outcomes and budget
• Ensure agreed project methodologies are applied to drive effective and timely commissioning of project
• Actively reduce unnecessary complexity / barriers to enable people to progress creative ideas and take calculated risks to deliver required outcomes
• Apply a strategic lens in thinking beyond own business area and function, and take a customer and enterprise view when resolving issues
• Ensure effective corporate governance structures are embedded and met for every joint venture

• We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to recognise key trends relating to hospital service delivery and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of growth, profitability, business results and key performance measures for hospitals. This will be based on your extensive experience in leading complex projects in a healthcare environment and developing and implementing effective corporate governance practices within a hospital environment.
• You will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate critical information in a compelling and persuasive way for different audiences.
