We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Manage a large P&L to help drive business planning, budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with sector teams while leading account profitability, health, client service, billing and team success for DXT.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital and creative strategies across several of the agency’s top DXT accounts across sectors including technology, consumer, healthcare, financial services and corporate.
  • Provide strategic counsel for clients and executives, including but not limited to social media, paid media, content marketing, brand communications, creative, measurement, and SEO.
  • Drive new business efforts in partnership with EMT and DXT department leads to grow the agency’s marketing and communications business.
  • Drive the evolution of agency IP through creation and modernisation of products and services.
  • Oversee components of campaigns that both both build brand and create customer demand. This includes leadership of teams to develop, implement, and measure while ensuring communications and campaign impact is monitored, measured, and adjusted for optimal ROI and successful programs for clients.
  • Partner with fellow EMT team leads and directors to develop and manage cross-platform/cross-channel initiatives responsible for the overall success of our clients’ marketing, communications and business goals.
  • Attract, develop and advance employees and contribute to a strong agency culture through a strategic employee engagement and development program.
  • Lead the culture of professional development and innovation by helping to lead educational and skills-based training programs that relate to creative, strategy and digital capabilities through internal trainings and upskilling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, or similarly applicable field is required; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 12+ years of marketing and communications experience required with applicable project/program management experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leading and management of a diverse team.
  • Proven success in establishing relationships, being a high bandwidth communicator, with a track record of excellent collaboration.
  • Managing a team and business to scale greater than $3m
  • Exceptional track record of building portfolios/businesses, best in class professional reputation, and proven financial management expertise.
