Domains you will set up:

  • Active Directory, DNS servers, network and mobile devices
  • Cloud and O365, Windows 7 and 10 migrations and implementations

  • Security configuration and compliance per regulatory requirements

You will take lead in this role, drive the end to end RFQ, Procurement, business case development, negotiating and getting buy-in from executive heads to create an infrastructure transformation agenda for the businesses divestment and new IT set up. Proven hands on planning, development of project, RFP, business cases approval and end to end execution.

  • Work with the Head of Transition and Head of Infrastructure to create the strategy, road-map and program scope for a major divestment of a US and AU entity.
  • Own the RFP/RFQ process to approval and sign off stage
  • Prioritise the road-map to ensure that each infrastructure domain within the AU entities set-up and operating within the scheduled deadline
  • Accountable for all vendor selection, engagement, and management
  • Engage with executives and senior stakeholders to ensure they are kept updated with issues, risks and regular updates
  • Negotiate and influence senior stakeholder’s decision making
  • Collaborate with the technical infrastructure team to ensure they are executing per the schedule
  • Lead the end to end set up and configuration of EUC, Active Directory, O365, Servers, networks, devices, WIFI, security Certificates, email security and firewalls
  • Ensure regulatory obligations of met per APRA and ASIC standards

Skill Criteria:

  • 12+ years in Project/program management
  • Experience in technical infrastructure engagements upgrading, separating, divesting businesses nationally or globally
  • Extensive experience in EUC, Active Directory, O365, Servers, networks, devices, WIFI, security Certificates, email security and firewalls
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors
  • Must be hands-on, comfortable getting into the detail to get the job done
  • Proven experience management the end to end the end to end tender process, including RFQ/RFP process including vendor selection
  • Consultative mindset where you can drive, lead, solution towards the end result
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, collaborative and team focused
  • Comfortable working in a lean team, wearing multiple hats
