The Firm

National law firm specialising in commercial law that value excellence in their work and attract some of Australia's brightest legal professionals. With offices throughout Australia and continuous growth within their practices they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisitions Consultant to partner with key stakeholders in a stand alone full life cycle recruitment role.


The Role
In this standalone recruitment role you will responsible for driving recruitment across the firm and focus on improving efficiencies from process improvements through to looking at new technology to streamline recruitment and enhance talent management. This is strategic role with the opportunity to make the role your own and work closely with the People and Culture Manager with the development and implementation of HR projects.


Some of the responsibilities you will be involved in:
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment on a national basis and recruit roles across all levels from support through to senior positions
  • Engage and develop relationships with key stakeholders to map out recruitment needs and build talent pools
  • Enhance new technology to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
  • Maintain recruitment agency relationships
  • Manage all new vacancies from advertising through to interview and onboarding
  • Assist with exit interviews, development and implementation of new HR projects


The Candidate
  • Have previous professional services or legal industry recruitment experience with some inhouse experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of seniority
  • Previous experience managing multiple recruitment vacancies
  • Be someone who thrives in a strategic role in a fast paced environment
