Following the launch of our ground-breaking digital audio platform LiSTNR, SCA has developed a clear data and insight strategy and we are now ready to hit the "launch-button". We are on the hunt for a seasoned Data & Analytics professional to build a team to develop SCA’s high-performance data practice to deliver exceptional insights across all SCA departments and functions.

The newly create role of Head of Data & Analytics will report into the CTO, and the ideal candidate will possess a successful track record in both operational and people leadership, as a key member of the technology services leadership team.

This role offers exceptional scope and the opportunity to assimilate SCA’s existing data and insights functions to uplift and build on SCA’s data capability. You will be both hands-on, and strategic, capable of driving collaboration cross-functionally across SCA to uncover opportunities to provide meaningful insights through exceptional data practice.

As the successful candidate, you will possess:

  • Experience within a similar role within a large, complex, and data-driven organisation.
  • Extensive experience in Data Science, Data Visualisation and machine learning with demonstrated hands-on achievements in strategic, tactical and operational arenas.
  • Proven technical expertise in all aspects of data science.
  • Demonstrated experience in user centric design, agile deployment of customer focused processes.
  • Experience developing, leading and coaching diverse teams with an engaging and supportive approach.
  • Exceptional influencing skills, capable of engaging high-level internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
  • A strategic mindset and an innovative spirit, constantly seeking opportunities to improve and drive efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills and problem-solving capability, able to be nimble and adapt as needed.
