As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be the gatekeeper of quality, supporting our clients' success by matching the EVP brand with the best talent in the market. Knowing the applicant's pipeline inside and out, you will continuously funnel "game-changers" to the business leaders and Management counterparts with a targeted focus, a sense of urgency and a creative drive.

  • In partnership with your CPO and the Talent Acquisition Team, you will develop and implement staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality and speed of hires.
  • Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the goal of creating an extraordinarily high-performing TA organisation.
  • Lead the TA technology strategy with vendor identification, selection, contract negotiation, and implementation
  • Define and lead scalable, effective, and proactive People initiatives, including but not limited to: performance management; employee engagement and retention; leadership and people development; total rewards; diversity & inclusion; and culture, workplace and employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with the Executives and Managers as a thought leader for recruiting philosophies, processes, tools and tactics aligned with the objectives of the business
  • Enable healthy scaling, productivity and business expansion by defining and executing hiring and people strategy aligned with the business objectives and company values
  • Oversee, integrate and shape staffing processes, templates and TA dashboards.
  • Drive the strategy and marketing execution of the employer brand
  • Direct the company's social media and digital strategy through various channels including- Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, and another Careers Site

Behaviour / Characteristics

  • Strong leadership presence and accountability in recruiting and retention
  • Familiarity with emerging practices and technologies in candidate sourcing, marketing, branding, and advertising
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Savvy, engaging and an inquisitive communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate with external vendors
  • Proven success scaling growing organizations from 100 - 1000+ including national expansion
  • Tremendous emotional intelligence and judgment, enabling your success as a trusted partner
  • Bachelor's degree in HR preferred or related field
