The Opportunity:

• Support the Group Account Director and work closely with the General Manager
• Manage and work across a roster of well-known lifestyle, fitness and tourism accounts!
• Work closely with internal agency digital, creative and social media teams
• Daily client relationship management
• Develop effective PR planning and brand strategy campaigns
• End-to-end campaign development
• Assist the GAD, GM and CEO with developing client pitches
• Pitch to national media and C-Suite stakeholders
• Develop national campaign budgets, forecasting and reporting
• Develop brand strategy and recommendations to key clients
• Mentor and manage several junior staff and interns

You:

• Live in Sydney, Australia and have a fantastic network (suppliers, media, etc.) of contacts
• Work in an Account Director level role or have recently been promoted to an AD level position
• Have previous experience in a similar role (7-8+ years min.) within a Public Relations agency
• Previous experience managing fitness, lifestyle, beauty, fashion or tourism clients is ideal!
• Relevant tertiary degree in communications or public relations is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape is required
• High attention to detail is critical (bonus points if you spot mistakes in this job advert!)
• Exceptional communicator (oral and written)
• Creative, collaborative and supportive of others
• Applicants ideally have full working rights in Australia
