• Manage warehousing, import / export & transportation to ensure that the operations run smoothly, efficiently and compliant in all aspects

Develop key performance indicators and endeavour that these are met ensuring the highest service standards.

Provide national strategic leadership, communicate and collaborate across your direct subordinates for standardised implementation process.

Identify the need for process and quality improvement to meet the company's expansion objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with over 5 years of direct people management within warehousing, import/export and transportation operations

Proven track record in leadership and warehouse management, ideally in a Dangerous goods environment.

Knowledge and experience in the national operation, highly creative and proactive approach to problem solving.

Excellent communication skills in a matrix structure and cross-functional collaboration experience.
