An exceptional opportunity to join a high growth company, and play a key role in all parts of generating, managing and executing acquisitions, minority investments and select strategic partnerships across the company. They are particularly interested in looking at acquisitions in new technologies in the digital, telecommunications and media space.

The Corporate Development team is a small, tight-knit team who values authentic, strong willed individuals that think creatively and will proactively seek out opportunities to advance the growth initiatives for the company. This role is a highly visible position that interacts with the most senior leaders including the CFO & CEO, who share the same office space.

You will be a primary contact in supporting the companys business units and senior leadership by conducting industry research, valuation analysis, due diligence, creation of strategic presentations /recommendations, acquisition term sheets and contract negotiations. Additionally, this role requires an individual who can build rapport easily with external stakeholders in the Banking & VC community.

The successful candidate, can expect a market leading salary including performance based bonuses, professional training and development ( incl CFA & MBA support), share options and exposure to board level decision makers.

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 4+ years in M&A, investment banking, or transaction services
  • Financial Modelling experience ( DCF or 3-Way)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability gain respect of senior management and external executives
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
