• Success Factors or similar HR system experience.
• Finance or Asset Management experience, ideally Maximo.

Our Client is a major player in the Construction industry and are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive the delivery of two main initiatives that are crucial to the business.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in both Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and tight deadlines.
• Experience working on HR related projects (e.g. SuccessFactors, Chris21, Kronos, etc.).
• You will hold a distinct advantage if you have experience working with Maximo Asset Management system.
• You will be delivery focused and are happy to get hands-on in the project delivery process.
• Experienced and comfortable facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• A good communicator and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, technical resources and vendors.
