They design and customise solutions that build leadership capability, change mindsets and inspire business performance.

As a Leadership and Coach Senior Director, you will focus on the areas of Coaching, Culture, OD, Leadership and Talent Development Solutions for your client base. You will be a trusted partner and advisor to C-Suite and Executive Leaders. You will also be responsible for growing new business with new clients and retaining existing clients. You will also be responsible for mobilising and supporting the project team to deliver to the highest possible standard.

You will constantly be responsible for guiding the solutions and platforms in which the organisation invests and operate as a subject matter expert and thought leader representing the business across professional networking forums in all mediums.

You will be a proven leader with 15 years experience in an OD/Learning and Development or HR Leadership role or experience in a Human Capital Consulting firm. You will have a strong business development and have the ability to lead complex work and influence C Suite leaders. An ICF certified leadership coaching certificate is desirable.
