Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Advisor, this 12 month fixed term contract will see you working in a fast paced role influencing outcomes and sourcing technical candidates. You will be working for a market leading brand and engaging candidates based on their skillset whilst leveraging the brand name to bring in top tier talent. Working within a flexible, vibrant business you will thrive delivering on key briefs to the business and consistently driving best practice through a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing talent leveraging the business brand and the use of online platforms, including LinkedIn, to search for, identify and make contact with potential applicants, matching their skills and experience with open positions within the organization
  • End to end recruitment process including candidate identification, advertising if required, shortlisting, interviewing, selection and contract negotiation
  • Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with business unit leaders and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture team to ensure effective communication relating to new Talent

Candidate Profile
You are driven by quality and enjoy managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Ideally coming from a tech background you are a natural high achiever and thrive in a role where you engage and source the best talent whilst consistently influencing outcomes and engaging stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience including the use of contemporary attraction, selection and recruitment strategies
  • Ideally come from a technology recruitment background
  • Superior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coach and influence
  • A solution-focused approach, with flexibility to adapt
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to think and act proactively
