As our Manager, Internal Communications at Cbus, you’ll be responsible for the strategic management of our Fund’s internal communications, developing implementing and supporting an internal communications strategy to support our business strategy, Fund narrative and brand.

You’ll lead our internal communications function, which supports the CEO and Group Executive Team to communicate with staff on priority areas in a cohesive, integrated and strategic manner to enhance employees’ awareness of the organisation’s strategy in a fluid environment and to foster employee engagement.

This role will see you build and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, whilst overseeing internal communication governance guidelines and programs to deliver continuous improvement processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Cbus internal communications.

We’re searching for a passionate and driven communication leader who’ll develop and implement a strategic and innovative internal communications strategy, whilst leading and inspiring a team of high performers. In addition to formal qualifications in communications, journalism or related background, you’ll have significant experience developing and implementing strategic internal corporate communications utilising a variety of channels. As our fund grows, you’ll be able to draw upon your experience in change management communication, a strong sense of cultural awareness, strategic thinking and an ability to provide a consistent message that supports change.
