Long term contract 12 months with options to extend beyond. Offering an hourly rate at an as APS5 level of $45.74 +superannuation and to be based in either Melbourne CBD or Geelong.

Our client is looking for an APS5 Digital Partnerships Coordinator who will be responsible for providing policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation. This position will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.

You will be joining the Digital Division Branch which develops and improves digital solutions to enhance the experience and objectives of clients and service providers. The division also develops, communicates and executes the Digital Strategy and Agenda across the Agency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing emails, appointments and preparing documentation for Digital Partnership applicants.
  • Preparing reports, documents and scheduling meetings for new Digital Partnership.
  • Assisting with maintenance of the Digital Partnership Office Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
  • Providing a point of contact for external organisations including Registered Providers and Software Developers engaging with the Agency on the Digital Partnership Program.
  • Supporting the development and promotion of resources that enable sector development and improve understanding of the provider environment and experience.
  • Providing input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence and briefings.

The Ideal candidate:
  • Outstanding business engagement and relationship management.
  • Experience providing input into ministerial and parliamentary.
  • Relevant experience in digital applications and supporting Application Programming Interface (API) strategy.
