Our client is a top communications agency in Sydney working with well knows consumer and corporate brands. Based in Waterloo and offering flexibility with working from home and excellent benefits such as unlimited annual leave.


Description
As the Social Account Director or Senior Social Account Director you will lead and manage a top well known client, driving world class work and contributing to the agency’s performance. You will manage budgets and time and mentor a team.


Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of client industry (technology), market insights and opportunities
• Delivers strategy plans, interpreting the brief and budget
• Sets priorities across the team
• Strong communication skills and relationship building
• Owns timelines and delivery having excellent time management
• Assess budgets to manage capacity and margin within financial targets
• Articulates complex concepts simply and drives influence
• Expert in social media strategy, contributing to innovation and best practice
• Strategic approach to developing efficient and effective paid social media campaigns and plans
• Responsible for executing social strategy and oversee production of content calendars and campaign plan
• Go to for any social processes and sounding board for new processes
• Development of accurate and detailed response matric for community management
• New business pitches and development of briefs

Profile

• 6+ years social media experience with relevant degree
• Expert in social media platforms, best practice methods, paid advertising, product innovation
• Sound understanding of broad communications mix and effectively integrate disciplines
• Strong project management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Highly deadline oriented and able to self-manage and set priorities effectively
• Excellent attitude and proactive
