About the Role:

The Retail Change & Communications Support Manager is a key support role for our team of Retail Change Leads and Communications professionals, all working together to measure, sequence and deliver a clear and concise change and communications agenda on behalf of BOQ Retail.

The role is also responsible for managing the calendar of change initiatives across our key portfolios of technology, productivity, people, product and growth.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and abilities:

  • Support our team of Retail Change Leads and Communications professionals, working together to measure, sequence and deliver a clear and concise change and communications agenda on behalf of BOQ Retail
  • Contribute insights to inform a central view of change across BOQ Retail - collaborating with peers to provide detailed information that informs the view of the overall program of change for BOQ Retail
  • Influence others to move toward a common vision or goal; supporting and engaging colleagues as required during the change and communications journey; identifying points of resistance and working with stakeholders to eliminate them.

About you

  • Experience working in Change Management, able to work with cross-functional teams while building sustainable rapport and credibility
  • Proven experience in the field of Communications Management and/or Project Management
  • Experience working in a multi-project space while being able to balance priorities effectively
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing banking team
  • Advanced MS office skills, specifically Excel
  • Focus on impact and results, attention to detail and personal accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
