Our client is an ASX listed mining company, with a significant high grade asset, which is looking to commence operations in mid 2021. With a clear vision for profitable growth, this highly regarded mining operator is now looking to recruit a newly created CFO role to support and execute on business strategy.

As CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and a dotted line to the board, and be responsible for ASX reporting, budgeting, forecasting and effective cash flow management. Leading a small team of accounting professionals, you will provide commentary on monthly board packs to ensure the operations are aligned to business milestones and growth targets to ensure shareholder value.

You will be a qualified CFO with a proven track record of delivering construction to production objectives in a timely and cost efficient manner for a mid cap mining company. Furthermore, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence key internal and external stakeholders combined with coaching and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals.
