We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• As Head of Engineering & Operations Solutions, you’ll report directly into the Head of Property & Asset Management and be responsible for leading & coaching a direct team of 10 staff.
• Creative thinking, effective teamwork skills, managerial and technical competence, will all be required to be successful in this role.
• This role will form part of the leadership team and will be actively involved in strategy, leadership, client engagement and business development.

• You have proven leadership experience in Engineering & Facilities Operations under your belt. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex structures and client sensitivities across service lines.
• You are a natural problem solver and will need to come up with strategies in applying holistic, forward thinking approaches and long-term solutions for complex problems.
