JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Responsible over all creative outputs inclusive of web promotional materials, selection of creative agencies, creative briefings, graphics, photography, etc. across the business.
  • Design concepts for brand, seasonal and promotional marketing communications, demonstrating how the concept can be rolled out across all touchpoints – site, social, paid, e-stores
  • Develop and manage business’s creative brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements to maximise the brands equity.
  • Strong understanding of digital design, in particular UX/UI principles and responsive web design (ecommerce focused)
  • Manage and work with individuals as well as with teams and as well as ensure consistency and appropriateness of the brands messages in the market.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position within marketing capacity in creative branding, digital design and concept designs.
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas, think strategically and come up with solutions of digital campaigns.
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong commitment to developing team members with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Analytical and business research skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model and attention to detail.
