About Our Client

Our Client is a National retail product leasing group. They are an ecommerce business and as a result of aggressive growth and acquisitions, our Client has created a new opportunity for a Head of Marketing to lead a high performing team, to drive sales growth and brand awareness through strategic planning across all their ecommerce channels.

Job Description
  • Brand Strategy, including the identification of consumers and planning brand guidelines, vision and value proposition for short and long term
  • Designing and implementing a digital customer experience across multiple brands to drive ROI.
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including social, ecommerce, paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Campaign planning and allocation of resources with a focus on ROI
  • Promotional planning
  • Vendor and 3rd party supplier management
  • Product planning, pricing, and new product launch.
  • Marketing budget management and analysis of sales forecasting and relevant financials and reporting on product, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Contribute to executive meetings and reporting on brand performance and forecasting.
The Successful Applicant
  • A Marketing professional with advanced marketing and sales knowledge/experience within retail and ecommerce
  • A solution driven individual who understands the need to build the brand quickly whilst balancing the commercial relevance of existing brands and channels.
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering digital strategy, ecommerce, and marketing campaigns across the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated capability in effectively briefing Board and Executive and managing internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers including content contributors, web developers and designers.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing a digital customer experience that provides a strong ROI for the business.
  • Team management to ensure that campaigns not only deliver but exceed targeted outcomes.
  • Strong tactical promotional skills
