Description

  • Performance manage and oversee onsite team
  • Ensure coverage is provided across the site
  • Senior point of escalation for onsite team and associates
  • Analyse report data trends and risk
  • Ensure compliance is up to date
  • Manage IR, Payroll and WHS concerns
  • Monitor activities against KPIS
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Present reports at weekly meetings
  • Monitor onboarding, terminations, fill rates, hit and misses

Profile

  • Previous experience gained within an on-site or industrial environment
  • Volume recruitment delivery experience preferred
  • Flexibility to support client requires as they run multiple shifts
  • A customer and client focus with the ability to establish long lasting business relationships
  • Capability to engage and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
  • Be able to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential
  • Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-driven, vibrant and passionate
  • Innovative mindset to promote continuous improvement

    Applicants will ideally display experience working in either a recruitment, high touch service or similar position.


    *** The successful applicant will be required to work limited weekends & extended night shift in peak periods ***
