We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • This role will take the lead responsibility for revenue generation and customer acquisition
  • Build on and lead a team of high-performing enterprise sales reps in a player-coach role.
  • Extend the vision and strategy for the sales organisation.
  • Recruit world class talent. Inspire, develop, coach and mentor your team.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across top accounts as the executive sponsor to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer.
  • Create and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and the relevant SaaS metrics that can scale with the business.
  • Work with the management team across the business to drive growth and market expansion
  • Be ambitous and hungry to reach for the stars and
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience building, scaling and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Consistantly Exceeding quota and targets
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Develop and successfully implement a go-to-market strategy with a target account strategy.
  • Create Sales Process for scale including best practice use of CRM and Sales Metrics
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles for complex products and solutions.
  • Comfortable in an early-stage “roll up your sleeves” startup environment.
  • Skilled at building relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Experience in global markets an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills.
