We currently have an opportunity to join our Commercial Finance Team as a Senior Manager. The Commercial Finance Senior Manager drives the profit agenda for the Australia Snack Team by partnering with the Commercial Team and leading the Commercial Finance Team, working to understand performance drivers and providing critical analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive performance and achieve AOP targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead Commercial Finance team to deliver AU Snacks integrated and streamlined business planning process
  • Improve Net Revenue, GP, and NOPBT forecast accuracy
  • Drive the overall profitability of the innovation agenda and maintain the sector guardrails
  • Streamline core finance forecasting, planning, reporting, and performance management processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver the innovation pipeline for ANZ
  • Support the Stage Gate, S&OP and RMM Process
  • Develop and upskill future finance talent within existing team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
  • CPA or CIMA (ACMA, CGMA) qualification (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years’ experience in business analysis and management accounting.
  • 3 years minimum experience within FMCG
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially Sales and Marketing
  • Exposure to statistical modelling techniques and ability to apply these methods to large data sets
  • Experience managing a large team
  • High level interpersonal skills and ability to interact and lead cross-functional teams
