SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS

LEAD THE DELIVERY OF ONE OF MELBOURNE’S MOST ICONIC PROJECTS.

The Metro Level Crossing Removal Team (MLXRT) are seeking expressions of interest for Senior Project Managers, to support our program of works on the following Alliances;

  • Southern Program Alliance
  • Western Program Alliance
  • North West Program Alliance
  • South Eastern Program Alliance

These roles will lead critical projects for MTM in supporting Victoria’s ‘Big Build’ Infrastructure Program. Reporting directly into the respective Program Managers, in this role you will drive and support MTM objectives on the Alliance to meet our goals within the safety, time, cost and quality parameters determined for the Project.

About You

  • You will have at least 5 years’ experience managing complex rail projects in one of the following areas;
    • Construction Management
    • Rail Systems: signalling, substations, operational control systems, overheads, high voltage electrical
    • Project Delivery
    • Engineering Interface
  • Experience managing all project life cycle facets associated with design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent
  • Commercial exposure & demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Leadership experience, ability to motivate & empower a team
