The Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will partner with the business to manage the end to end recruitment process on a national basis. This will include developing appropriate sourcing strategies to ensure continual improvement and that we attract and recruit the highest caliber employees. You will also build talent pools for some of our critical roles and will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with partners to design and implement recruiting plans;
  • Preparation and presentation of business cases for requisition approval;
  • Responsible for a recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports to Partners and the Management team;
  • Keeping abreast of legal requirements and regulations;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with recruitment search firms;
  • Screening applications, conducting screening interviews and coordinating interviews with relevant team members;
  • Ensuring all on-boarding documentation is received and completed;
  • Updating and utilising recruiting databases and tools;
  • Participation in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team;
  • Leading teams in identifying and analysing key recruiting issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Who We’re Looking for
The successful candidate will have prior experience recruiting in the professional services industry from either an agency or in-house. You will have impeccable presentation skills and first class communication skills. The Talent Acquisition Consultant must be able to work effectively with people of all levels, and have the confidence to make recommendations and commercially considered decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to get a taste for an in-house role within an innovative and creative HR team.
