JOB DESCRIPTION

CBRE Gold Coast is seeking an experienced commercial salesperson to join our Metropolitan Investments department, focussing on the sale of investment properties, both retail and commercial, and development sites in the central Gold Coast region.

The role will require you to:

•Have a detailed understanding of the gold coast commercial market;

•Have experience in undertaking marketing campaigns;

•Be confident developing and implementing sales strategies to source new clients;

•Liaise and negotiate with owners to enable agreement on pricing and process;

•Recognise and act on client needs and expectations;

•Proactively focus on achieving team and individual goals;

•Manage the client database;
