We are seeking a HumanResources Business Partner for an exciting opportunity toPartner and influence business performance and outcomes for GreaterBank Customers.

About the role Human Resources Business Partner |12 Month Contract

Through partnership andcollaboration with senior stakeholders you will deliver a fullrange of human resource services in a multi-disciplinaryteam. You will be proactive in providing strategic andoperational human resources advice and championing the peopleexperience, and will collaborate as part of Greater Bank’sforward thinking HR Unit.

You will remove impediments andwill partner with leaders to develop creative solutions that enablebusiness success. You will provide contemporary advice and coachingwith a consultative and outcomes-focused style in a fast-pacedenvironment.

What we’re lookingfor

  • Diversity of HR background and experience is welcomed, regardless of industries where you have developed your HR expertise
  • Have business partnered at a leadership level both strategically and operationally and have a demonstrated ability to coach and influence
  • Have a passion for enabling effective people situations and positively influencing change outcomes
  • Have demonstrated experience working across multiple human resource disciplines including employment and industrial relations, organisational design, remuneration, performance, reward and recognition, and talent management
  • Have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Operate as a resilient and highly developed critical thinker, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions/approaches
  • Hold undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
  • Have experience in the interpretation and application of employment legislation
