Description

• Leading the customer marketing strategy, design and journey
• Use all research, data and consumer insights to drive engagement
• Track the customer journey to capitalise on test and learn across life cycle
• Drive demand generation, acquisition and retention
• Nurture strong relationships across all agencies and external providers
• Oversea and drive paid and organic digital and social activity
• Develop and create best in class creative and customer communication

Profile

You will come form a serviced based provider and understand exceptional, customer engagement and experience drives everything . You will be data driven and also have a highly creative capability, delivering best in class enviable engagement across all demographics and touch points. You will be a strong and inspiring leader with a proven back ground in retention and support for you teams. Above all you want to align yourself to a business who is number one in their industry and want to strive to keep it this way.
