We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Work closely with the Managing Director
• Lead the strategic direction of the agency
• Set annual budgets and work towards agreed revenue & profit targets
• Hire, lead and mentor digital staff hires
• Identify business growth opportunities, including new and organic client clients from within the Group
• Lead the promotion and profile raising of the agency
• Contribute to the Group broadly

• Live in Melbourne, Australia
• You’re a conceptual thinker, leader and are up to date with current digital trends across the Australian media landscape and platforms (web, mobile, audio, email and social media)
• Comfortable with working at a creatively-fuelled, innovation-led agency
• You’re a natural storyteller and have innovative ways to bring a story to life through your work
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills (including written and verbal)
• Are a confident presenter and can articulate your ideas clearly
• Can develop presentation decks with a clear narrative
