We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Ensure full value is realised from our strategic vendor partner relationships including management of outsourced onshore/offshore infrastructure partners.
  • Partner with Technology and Business leaders to drive enterprise wide infrastructure strategy and execution, ensuring our strategic initiatives support broader business strategic goals which in turn put our customers front and centre.
  • Deliver and drive uplift in operational continuity by providing foundational IT services that are highly available, highly resilient to disruption (e.g. disaster/cyber-attack) and rapidly able to recover from failure.
  • Own and drive the central Application DBA capability.
  • Importantly, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Group to ensure mutual understanding of the scope and value of your team’s Technology services.
  • Deep infrastructure leadership experience coupled with the ability to adeptly navigate the varying needs of a complex organisational structure.
  • Experience working in a multi-sourced environment with effective and contractual service integration across various suppliers.
  • Proven experience working effectively with offshore service providers. You will have experience developing effective vendor and partner relationships, including mitigation of value leakage.
  • Exceptional leadership capability – you know how to get the best out of your people to uplift internal capability and drive successful commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing capability.
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnering capability. You can naturally articulate complex ideas and solutions into easy to understand business terms and communicate this to all levels including senior executives.
  • Ability to advocate and implement change to drive diversity & inclusion across the team.
