Lendlease continue to shape Melbourne’s skyline with a large pipeline of major building projects commencing in 2021. We are currently searching for a number of Senior Project Engineers to join our high performing teams across the region delivering these works.

The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer with Lendlease, this role will see you manage and resolve the detail design for the project, lead and mentor a team of project and site engineers whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, as well as the Quality Management Plan.

Requirements

Experienced Senior Project Engineer on large-scale building projects is essential

Construction management or engineering qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential in managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups

Proven leadership skills will also be critical, as will a passion for safety, quality and sustainability.
