About You

As the Head of Strategy Development & Partnerships, you will develop strategy, supporting relationships and capability that enable both the Primary Connect Accelerated Growth Strategy and broader group Transport Strategy. This is a key leadership position in the Primary Connect team and will play a large role in shaping the growth and development of the Primary Connect business.

This role will work closely with Senior Primary Connect, Transport and Group Strategy leadership to develop and deliver strategy for Primary Connect Transport, domestically and internationally, across all banners and the Australian and NZ markets. This includes extended services such as storage but also 3PL fulfilment and other value add opportunities.

You will leverage Primary Connect’s unique advantage of being a service provider within the Group’s broader retail ecosystem to differentiate Primary Connect’s offer from its competitors and deepen customer relationships.

In order to be successful in this position we envisage you having the following experience:

  • 5+ years logistics and commercial development experience
  • 5+ years strategy development experience
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding
  • Commercial legal experience
  • Management consulting experience
