The Company:

With more than 2000 customers across more than 30 countries, my client is a leading global player in the Identity and Access management software space. Twenty years young, my client has recorded strong year on year growth and continues to stay ahead of the market with continual and innovative new additions to their core software offering, such as privileged account/session management, real-time threat intelligence and more.

The Opportunity at Hand:

Already well-established in the Australian market, my client are in need of an intelligent Account Director to continue to proactively cultivate relationships across the A/NZ market.

The day-to-day of the role will take a predominant focus on key relationship management/growth as well as the direct acquisition of new Enterprise logos- With a focus on building a compelling conversation at C-level across the top 500 named accounts here in Australia.

This position will see you building fences around existing customers for my client's Cybersecurity software portfolio, while taking a land and expand approach in order to acquire profitable new business.

You:

Your background has ideally seen you in a strategic role selling IT Security or Cybersecurity software, however...

If your experience lies around the technical implementation of Cybersecurity solutions (ie pre-sales or solutions architecture in Cybersecurity) or you have studied cybersecurity to a senior level (ie. PHD) and are intimately familiar with this domain as a result, your profile will also be given equal consideration.

The opportunity in this instance cannot be overstated. The base salary on offer will is very competitive at $160,000-175,000 (flexible depending on experience), with an OTE of $320-340,000 (50/50 split).

Travel will be also be a significant component of this role, both regional as well as international and you might spend up to 20% of your time across different APAC locations. Going forward, there is a very defined career trajectory on offer for the individual stepping into this role as the company’s Asia-Pacific presence continues on its current growth trajectory.
