Head of Operations and Sales Manager - Health & Social Care is at a senior level within the company and fully accountable for the results, staffing and productivity of the teams under their control. While they have access to a range of resources including financial, business development, training and recruitment support, ultimately, they are accountable for the results of their regions and this responsibility cannot be delegated.

This is an onerous responsibility but one which carries considerable rewards, both financial and intangible, and is a role where success is seen as a high achievement indeed.

What will you do?

Your primary objective will be to provide the leadership and sales focused management support necessary for the Area Managers and employees within the Heads Of Operations and Sales Manager’s assigned area to achieve the highest levels of sales growth possible while at the same time improving the ratio of profitability to sales.

What do you need?

  • Successful career in the labour hire / recruitment within Health and Social Care industry.
  • Exposure to working within Quality Assurance and Safety Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, management and leadership roles key.
  • Proven sales skills (ability to identify key decision makers and ability to develop strong business relationships with clients and potential clients)
  • Proven experience in increasing profitability across teams
  • Ability to plan, organise and think strategically
