One of APACs fastest growing (established) startups / scaleups, whose product is essentially a SaaS Platform that has a genuine impact on peoples lives (it really does, not just making this up).

They help people who need work, get skilled / retrained, and then work with them on finding a new career pathway. They were founded 5 years ago & now have a global footprint in Aus, NZL, the US and Canada.

At present, there are around 35 people on the ground, with plans to grow to 150 this year due to organic & sustained growth. Their proposition in the market is unique - no one else is doing this!

The current team is made up of Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales and Career Coaches.

Culture is huge for them. No egos here please.

The role

They are looking for (drum roll)...
Head of Product OR Lead Product Manager.

• They need someone to own the entire product process: roadmap, systems, platform. You name it. You got it.
• Opportunity to work on something impactful, technical, & run with it.
• Eventually building out a team of Product Managers and Owners.
• Working alongside the Engineering and Marketing teams.
