The role

RACV’s Corporate Services Division provides support services to RACV.

Within the Corporate Services Division, the Social Impact and Corporate Communications team is responsible for ensuring that our employees, members and the broader community are engaged, inspired and connected to RACV and its purpose - to improve lives.

A day in the life

Reporting to the General Manager Social Impact and Corporate Communications, this new role will lead the development and delivery of communication plans across the business, proactively grow the reach of our audience and voice, and strengthen engagement with our people, members and the community.

Key responsibilities and areas of expertise required for this role:

  • Lead the newly created Communications & Engagement team
  • Deliver the 3 year Communication & Engagement Plan
  • Manage and protect RACV’s reputation
  • Lead integrated proactive internal and external communication plans in partnership with the business
  • Oversee proactive and reactive media and issues management to protect the RACV brand
  • Drive employee engagement and experience
  • Strengthen RACV’s voice on behalf of its members to improve lives
