The Role

A unique opportunity presents for the successful applicants to join the BelgarviaPRO team in managing the Ocean Beach Tourist Park on behalf of the City of Gold Coast.

To be successful in this role you'll need to be aligned with the values of both the Management Company and the Custodian in delivery a World Class Experience for our guests. Be willing to go the extra mile, take pride in your Park and manage it as if it were your own. Importantly you'll also be part of an established team of high performing Park Managers that will give and share ideas to ensure the Gold Coast continues to be a world class destination.

Park Managers have full responsibility for the operation and customer experience of our campgrounds and tourist parks. Our managers need to be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude. Managers oversee small teams and are accountable for the financial outcomes of the business. You must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement.

A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so you can focus on your delighting guests. 

If you are an experienced park manager - individual or couple, we can work with you to succeed in this exciting role.

Selection Criteria

  • An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
  • Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings

ESSENTIAL

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check Clearance upon on-boarding
  • Working with Children’s Check
