Our 11 year award winning customer service team work on a rotating roster of 12 weeks to help all our existing customers across the country; and owned by the mighty Snowy Hydro we are 100% Australian owned and operated providing an exceptional customer experience.

You will begin your journey with us in an in-depth 5 week training program, which will be held in our office, to provide all the support needed for our new starters, as well as ongoing support post training. Moving further into your career at Red Energy you will have a flexible arrangement of some working days in our Bryant and May office and some days working from the comfort of your own home. 

As a Red Energy customer service consultant you will utilise your excellent communication and strong customer focus skills to answer inbound calls from our existing customers and assist with a diverse range of questions and concerns. You will be multi-skilled in various areas of the business and navigate through a range of programs and tools to provide a great experience for our customers. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Resilience and agility in an ever changing environment. 
  • Motivation and the ability to navigate through multiple platforms simultaneously 
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Being a customer focused role, you will need at least 12 months of customer service experience. This can come from hospitality, retail or administration and of course call centre experience is also highly valued.
