JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re on the hunt for barista/supervisor/all-rounder to join our team in the heart of Burleigh Heads.
Very flexible roster, rotating weekends, 30 hours a week.
The successful candidate must be able to..
-Dial in/open the cafe.
-Cash-up at the end of the day.
-minimum 2 years experience making coffee.
-latte art is a must.
-be efficient at working by themselves but also have the ability to work well as a team.
-be able to create a good rapport with regulars.
-have the willingness to learn.
We are a small team with a zero tolerance to drama and negativity.
