They are on a mission to help unlock the world's potential by optimising the way we teach and learn. This rapidly growing Ed-tech organisation grow 70% year on year and have recently doubled the number of school using their platform. They have also gone internationally, using cutting edge artificial intelligence and are a technology first company. The organisation is enjoying great success due to its modern outlook and approach to teaching with their focus on creating a program which surpasses others in content, engagement and interactive assessment.

The Role:

This is a Business Development Representative role where you will be dealing with inbound lead, taking a strategic approach to get conversations started.

You will be taking the lead and qualifying it which will then be passed onto the Account Executive who will finish off the sale, running the negotiation and closing the deal.

You will be getting meetings booked whilst generating interest and will be paid commission dependent on appointments and conversions.

Should you succeed and prove yourself with your performance, you will be promoted into an Account Executive role to close business.

The successful individual must maintain a high standard of knowledge with education trends and curriculum and must have a passion for education.

What you will need:

  • Min 2 years experience in a B2B phone based SDR or BDR like role.
  • Proven track record exceeding KPI's.
  • Excellent phone manner and conversational skills.
  • MUST have experience either working in the education space OR for a tech firm with an interest in the market.
  • Be passionate about making a difference and desire a role that has a positive impact.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
