JOB DESCRIPTION

Volunteer Coordinator Part Time (32 hours per fortnight) Lutheran Aged Care Albury is looking for an experienced Volunteer Coordinator to lead and manage the organisation's Volunteer program. This role involves the development and coordination of our Volunteer program working closely and collaboratively with Facility Managers, Unit Managers and the Well-being and Engagement Team to ensure seamless integration into the resident's lifestyle choices. The role supports the care team in ensuring our residents have maximum opportunity to maintain andr improve their level of well-being and engagement so that they experience the quality of life that is consistent with our resident's expectations and goals.
