About the role...

Due to the success of an internal secondment, this position has become available for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Finance team as a Payroll Advisor. The position is responsible for delivering an effective and efficient end-to-end payroll service to all employees across the organisation, and actively contributes to broader team objectives, as required.

The key accountabilities of the position include:
Deliver an effective and professional payroll advisory service to internal and external customers;
Deliver an effective end-to end payroll process;
Deliver relevant and accurate reports to management;
Participate as an active member of the Finance team;
Active participation in continuous improvement activities;
Assist with other finance related functions as required.

About You...

You will possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in the end-to-end payroll function, ideally with formal qualifications in Payroll Management/Administration or a related field. In addition, you will have:

Demonstrated experience in payroll software systems;
Demonstrated organisational skills to meet competing deadlines;
Demonstrated research and analytical skills appropriate to problem solving and planning;
Demonstrated experience in using programs in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Word;
A passion and commitment for delivering positive customer, stakeholder and Organisation outcomes.

Incumbents in this position must be willing to gain and possess a satisfactory National Criminal History Clearance.
