Your new role

This role is an opportunity for you to combine your excellent communication and computing skills with your strong problem-solving abilities as part of providing confidential administrative support for service delivery and governance. The work includes minute taking, maintaining actions registers and reviewing administration processes for continuous improvement.

You will be creating and updating high quality documentation related to service management and the Autism SA website and intranet. You will be able to guide to lesser experienced departmental staff to assist with implementation of policies and procedures.

This position supports the General Manager in ensuring the organisation meets all required quality accreditation and standards with general support in maintaining quality system requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

An appropriate combination of relevant qualifications, experience and expertise (as set out in the Position Description)
Experience providing efficient, confidential, and effective administrative support to senior management
Proficiency in office administration skills and experience
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Previous experience in supporting the implementation of projects and administration in a fast-paced and fluid business environment
Understanding of quality management and project management frameworks and principles
