Your new role

We are adding this new role to our regional teams due to the ongoing growth of our high-quality individualised Home and Community Support services. These new Service Coordinator - HLL roles involve service coordination and support to oversee the day-to-day operations of programs, detailed support planning within Home and Community Support services including client and staff profile matching, and staff supervision within the regional team.

As a Service Coordinator - HLL, you will work closely with the regional manager in developing new and existing services, striving towards continuous improvement in all day-to-day operations; leading and motivating a team of professional support staff within a variety of settings; ensuring high-quality services are delivered using a person-centered, best-practice approach.

A snapshot of what you'll need to succeed

An appropriate combination of relevant qualifications, experience and expertise
Experience with supervising teams
Experience working with people with a disability in home and community support settings
Experience supporting staff and clients working with complex behaviour presentation
Experience in working directly with people on the autism spectrum (desirable) combined with knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and effective strategies for support
Experience developing relevant programs/service options in response to site specific needs (desirable)
Experience in operational planning and in developing frameworks to monitor operational compliance and excellence (desirable)
