For the right candidate, this position will be ongoing with ample opportunity to grow and learn.

Your responsibilities will include:
Using Excel spreadsheets for data entry and invoicing
Purchase Orders
Procurement based systems and accounting
Timesheet entry (SAP)
General Administration duties

Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be punctual and well presented
Organised person with excellent time management skills
Confident, friendly and a positive attitude toward work
Ability to prioritise work tasks according to deadlines
Be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing work flows
Flexibility and willingness to undertake a wide range of office task.
