About Us
The Crowne Plaza Brand has returned to Adelaide! This is an exciting time to join this newly built full service upscale hotel. Comprising of 329 guest rooms with check-in on level 10, restaurant, bars, infinity pool and gymnasium. There is also a dedicated function centre with six versatile function rooms and kitchen. The business mix will be varied with domestic & international leisure, Corporate & Government and MICE residential, day meetings and social events. At Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts our goal is to make business travel work. Koomo Restaurant and Luna10 Bar are described as Japanese Modernism reflecting Japans rich history with contemporary details, without being overtly traditional. The concept of high-quality comfort food, with a Japanese twist will flow from Koomo to the Bar through to Room Service as well as the poolside Luna10.

Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. You’ll create the warm atmosphere that brings our guests back to our hotel time and time again. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Our Hotel Service Team Members are focused on creating outstanding guest experiences for our guests every step of the way - from arrival through to departure. As a team we all work closely so we are looking for multi-skilled super stars that can check-in a guest and make them a coffee. We are looking for two people to join our team mainly focused in the Front Office which would include working in our One Stop Service team and reservations.

What we need from you
Ideal candidates will come with a combination of Food & Beverage and Front Office experience however we will still be considering those who bring a strong combination of experience, attitude and aspirations to grow. Previous exposure to reservations will be highly regarded. You will need have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn potential issues into opportunities. You must be flexible working on a 24/7 rotating roster -mornings, late shifts, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job. You must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification for South Australia, Australian Drivers License and full Australian Working Rights.
